The data will be used exclusively to fulfil the contractual obligations mutually entered into by the parties and for the purpose of promoting the company’s activities. The client is entitled to check, modify, request the deletion of or oppose the use of this data, subject to the existing contractual obligations.

The "Uniform Data Protection Regulations" regulate the protection of personal data and impose a series of obligations on companies that process information from other natural or legal persons (e.g. customers and suppliers), including the obligation to inform the said persons about the use of the corresponding data.
Data voluntarily provided to us by you in person (by telephone, fax or email), or via third parties or verbally, will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
• Purposes related to the obligations imposed by laws, ordinances, contracts and regulations and issued by lawful authorities, regulatory and supervisory bodies.
• The smooth functioning of commercial relations, administrative and accounting purposes and the exercising of our company’s business activities, commercial objectives, such as the sending of commercial information and advertising material, the fulfilment of any contractual obligations towards the party concerned, the protection of claims and the management of liabilities, for accounting purposes and the completion of internal statistics.
The aforementioned data do not require the consent of the data subject for their processing, in accordance with Art. 24 of the "Uniform Data Protection Regulations".
Our company guarantees that, within the framework of the legal requirements, the collection and processing of your data will be carried out with the utmost confidentiality.
The data processing is carried out manually and/or by means of electronic or telematics systems and, in all cases, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data. The technical security measures required by law, which guarantee the protection of the person to whom the data relates, shall be observed by our company.
In the exercising of our business operation, our company may communicate your data to the following recipients: public bodies when required by law, credit institutions with which our company maintains relations for the management of receivables/payables and for financing mediation, all natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private bodies when a forwarding of the information is necessary (legal or tax advisors, chamber of commerce, etc.).
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have the right to obtain information at any time about the data our company holds about you. You can check and confirm or correct and supplement your data, but also request that we delete your data from our files.
