The "Uniform Data Protection Regulations" regulate the protection of personal data and impose a series of obligations on companies that process information from other natural or legal persons (e.g. customers and suppliers), including the obligation to inform the said persons about the use of the corresponding data.
Data voluntarily provided to us by you in person (by telephone, fax or email), or via third parties or verbally, will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
• Purposes related to the obligations imposed by laws, ordinances, contracts and regulations and issued by lawful authorities, regulatory and supervisory bodies.
• The smooth functioning of commercial relations, administrative and accounting purposes and the exercising of our company’s business activities, commercial objectives, such as the sending of commercial information and advertising material, the fulfilment of any contractual obligations towards the party concerned, the protection of claims and the management of liabilities, for accounting purposes and the completion of internal statistics.
The aforementioned data do not require the consent of the data subject for their processing, in accordance with Art. 24 of the "Uniform Data Protection Regulations".
