Suites and rooms
Children (up to the age of 18) receive discounts of between 20% and 40% when sharing the room with their parents.
A surcharge of 5 euros applies to short stays of less than four nights.
Some rooms in the main building can be booked as single rooms. A surcharge of 25 euros applies.
Your dog is welcome to join you on your holiday (in certain accommodation categories only). We kindly request that you bring your own blanket or basket for your pet. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted at breakfast. A charge of 20 euros applies (food not included).
Two-room apartments
The apartment prices are based on two adults sharing. A surcharge of 20 euros per night applies to each additional guest.
A final cleaning charge of 40 euros per apartment applies.
Towels and bed linens are supplied and can be changed on request. You can, if you wish, book breakfast at a cost of 28 euros for adults and 18 euros for children up to 12 years.
Important informations
Prices: In 2024, all bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
The prices stated for our rooms and suites are per person, per night and include breakfast with local produce and the current VAT of 10%. For the apartments, the basic price is based on two adults sharing. The price does not include the visitor’s tax of 3.00 euros per person, per night, applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
Check-in & check-out: On the day of arrival, your room is available from 3 pm. We kindly ask you to check out by 11 am at the latest. If you’re leaving early in the morning, please check out by 11 am the day before. If you will arrive after 7 pm, please call and let us know.
Reservations: Reservations are only valid upon written confirmation from us. By making a reservation, you agree to the general terms and conditions and cancellation conditions. Bookings made by telephone are only valid when followed by a written booking confirmation from us.
Payment: You can settle your room bill in person upon departure. A deposit is required for groups of 8 or more. You can pay the bill in cash, by credit card or debit card. Please note, we do not accept Diners or American Express.
Cancellations: All bookings for 2024 can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. If, contrary to expectations, the borders to Italy are closed making your journey here impossible, the booking can be cancelled at any time free of charge. Should you withdraw from your stay at the Klosterhof at short notice, leave earlier than planned or arrive later than planned, the full cost of the room will be charged to you. Cancellations are only valid in writing and when confirmed by us.
Pets: Pets are only accepted by prior arrangement. We kindly ask you to bring a suitable blanket or basket with you and would like to point out that pets are not permitted at breakfast. Pets must be kept on a lead throughout the property and a charge of 20 euros per night applies (excluding food).
Car parking: Our large car park and an underground garage offer sufficient parking spaces for our guests.
You are welcome to request a charging card for charging your electric car at the reception.
